Nigerian oap narrates are experience with the flood in lekki

OAP, Temilola Akinmuda, said a baby was almost drowned in the Lekki flood today.
(emergency line thought it was a joke)
According to her tweets, the baby was rescued and has been taken to the hospital while most people filmed or dint make attempt to help.
